{"ocid":"ocds-9t57fa-40128","id":"ocds-9t57fa-40128-2022-11-11","date":"2022-11-11T00:00:00Z","tag":["compiled"],"initiationType":"tender","tender":{"id":"40128","title":"EDM/26/2022-23","status":"complete","category":"Financial service activities, except insurance and pension funding","province":"Mpumalanga","deliveryLocation":"8 van Niekerk Street - Sonheuwel Central - Mbombela - 1201","specialConditions":"As per tender document.","mainProcurementCategory":"","additionalProcurementCategories":["consultingServices"],"description":"NOTICE AND INVITATION TO BID (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)\r\n\r\nEDM/26/2022-23 \r\n\r\nPROVISION OF INTERNET SERVICES TO EHLANZENI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS\r\n\r\nEHLANZENI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY HEREBY INVITES BIDS FOR THE ABOVE-MENTIONED TENDER\r\n\r\nOnly bidders who have provided the following mandatory information and documents to be used to evaluate the bidder's responsiveness will be considered for further evaluation on functionality:\r\n\r\n•\tCentral Supplier Database (CSD) Registration Report\r\n•\tValid SARS PIN\r\n•\tCertified company registration documents from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and bidders must attach certified copies of shareholder’s certificates where applicable.\r\n•\tCertified copies of identity documents of company directors\r\n•\tJoint Venture or Consortium Agreement if applicable\r\n•\tCertified copy or copies of municipal account/s not older than three months for both the bidder and the company directors\r\n•\tFully completed tender document as issued and signed\r\n•\tThe bid comprises of local content and production for designated sectors such as locally produced or manufactured telecom cables (90% and steel products (100%) prospective service providers are required by law to complete the MBD 6.2 with its Templates- Annexures C, D and E (Local production and content), failure to complete the documents will lead to automatic disqualification as the bid will be considered non-responsive.\r\nReceived bids will be evaluated for responsiveness based on mandatory requirements, functionality with a minimum threshold of 70 points out of a possible 100 points, and price and B-BBEE status level of contribution in accordance with the criteria stipulated on the bid or tender documents in line with the provisions of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017.\r\nBid documents can be viewed and downloaded at no cost on the Document Sharing and Collaboration Platform or Portal (NEPTUNE): http://edmservices.ehlanzeni.gov.za and National Treasury Portal from Monday, 14 November 2022.
